There are two kinds of retreats: Immersion Retreats and Vacation Retreats.
Immersion retreats are all-day intensives, and resemble a shortened version of a Jivamukti Teacher Training, with in-depth exploration of Asana practice, Mantra, Meditation, Pranayama and Kriyas, Sansrkit and Anatomy, principles of Vinyasa, Sequencing and Assists, as well as Lectures, Satsang and Kirtan.
Vacation retreats are a week-long course of Jivamukti classes & workshops, in combination with a special theme, e.g. skiing, surfing, or Karma Yoga.
Both kind of retreats are residential and held in beautiful natural settings, where the mind can find peace, the nervous system can relax, and the whole body can de-tox. A compassionate, vegan diet is served at all retreats.
