HIP, HOT & HOLY
A Master Class focusing on forward bending and hip openers. The class will begin with a chant and a brief dharma talk that will be woven throughout the class. Most of the class will be taught in vinyasa format, accompanied by a playlist that will make this experience hip, hot and holy.
