Let me inspire you. I will guide you to discover grace, strength and flexibility through carefully crafted, seamless Vinyasa sequences that are informed by my background in dance and accompanied by a soundtrack of world music, Sanskrit mantras and hip Indian beats. You will gain body awareness through precise and safe alignment instructions, including hands-on assists. Woven throughout your yoga classes or in lecture form, thought provoking philosophical teachings will open new perspectives and will help you improve your quality of life and your relationships. Chanting will open your heart and free your natural voice. Meditation will bring greater balance and inner peace.
As one of the most senior teachers in the method, I was privileged to learn under the direct guidance of its founders, Sharon Gannon and David Life. With over 20 years of experience teaching Jivamukti Yoga, I also offer teacher trainings and continuing education for Jivamukti certified teachers. I would love to see you in one of my classes, workshops, retreats, immersions or teacher trainings anywhere in the world. Please click here to find a suitable offering just for you.
I am also the founder and president of AZAHAR Foundation, whose mission is to promote a culture of peace through yoga, meditation and the arts.
