I am so excited to return to Corfu with Ruth Lauer-Manenti for our retreat focused on 'Taking Care of Yourself and Each Other'.
After six years since we last taught together, we're reuniting at the beautiful Buddha Hall - surrounded by olive groves with views of the mountains and sea.
We will share daily Jivamukti practices, meditation, chanting, and the deep nourishment that comes from practicing in community. There's something so healing about gathering together in nature, supporting each other's journey while we navigate these challenging times.
Come as you are - no experience needed. Just bring your open heart.
