Description of the retreat

Retreat will guide you through daily practices of asana, meditation, pranayama, and chanting. As we come together in this sacred space, we will support each other's spiritual awakening while confronting our time's challenges with courage and compassion.

Retreats are transformative journeys of personal and collective awakening, set in the healing embrace of nature.
