The series "Begin to Open: an Introduction to Jivamukti Yoga" consists of three open classes. You can book them separately through the buttons below or as a bundle of three. See information below.

Have you or a friend of yours always been curious about yoga, but felt intimidated to try an open class? Do you take open classes but feel like you lack precision and are unsure about certain Asanas? Then this workshop is for you. Please join in this rare opportunity to study Jivamukti Basic Alignment with Yogeswari. Acquire the tools to be ready to follow an open class safely and with confidence.

Saturday, 11/18: focus on Surya Namaskar Ashtanga A, Standing Asanas and Shoulder Stand Saturday,

Saturday, 12/2: focus on Forward Bends, Hip Openers, Twists and Headstand Saturday,

Saturday, 12/9: focus on Surya Namaskar Jivamukti A, Backbends, Pincha Mayurasana & Handstand
