Jivamukti Inversion Workshop to benefit AZAHAR foundation.
Open to all levels
Inversions belong to one of the most powerful groups of yoga asanas both physically and spirtually. When we experience an inversion, we are literally turning our world upside down.
Turning upside down allows us to change our perception and we can view everything from a different point of view.
Proceeds will go to support AZAHAR Foundation in training and providing a livelihood for yoga teachers in Cambodia, Rwanda and other post-conflict and developing countries (www.azaharfoundation.org).
