This week will promise you a perfect combination of yoga and relaxation. It will leave you rested and renewed.
Daily Schedule (subject to modifications)
- - 8 - 8.45am: Mantra, Pranayama, Meditation
- - 8.45 - 10.45am: Jivamukti Yoga Class
- - 11am: Brunch
- - 12 - 4pm: Free afternoon for individual programme or excursions (e.g. boat trip, cooking class,
- - 4 - 6pm: Jivamukti Yoga Restorative Class or Satsang on 2 days (free time or cooking class on the other days)
- - 7pm: Dinner
On arrival day, there will be a Welcome Satsang, Opening Chants, Magic 10 Warm-Up & Introductions, plus a AZAHAR FOUNDATION presentation starting at 5pm, followed by group dinner at 7pm
On departure day, there will be a Jivamukti Yoga Class and Walking Meditation from 8 -10.30am, followed by breakfast at 10.30am.
