Saturday August 17 (together with Moritz) 

9 - 10:30 am   Jivamukti Open Class

11am - 2pm    Assist and Alignment Workshop

3 - 5 pm        Yoga Sutra Chapter 3 - Mind, Matter and Super - Natural Powers
                    (Including Intro to the Yoga Sutra, Why is Chapter 3 often over looked?, Chanting of Sutras of Chapter 3, Discussion of Sanyama, Review of the Ashtanga Yoga Path, Siddhis etc.)
