Information

Hands-On Assists and Alignment suggestions allow the body to come into its fullest opening, allowing the pose to be experienced not by the body or the brain, but by an innate sense of spaciousness where awareness resides.

Through a multi-disciplinary approach that draws from both the Jivamukti Yoga and Iyengar Yoga lineages, in this 15 Hour Weekend Intensive we will review hands-on assists, reinforce alignment principles for āsanas, along with sessions where assists will be observed & practiced with on-the-spot feedback.

Designed for practitioners who have already completed a Yoga Teacher-Training program and seasoned students who are looking to continue their personal studies in yoga.

Participants will receive a certificate on completion.
