Workshop information:
Time is the ultimate luxury. In this two-hour class, you will have time to be guided through meditation and enjoy the benefits of a full Shavasana (final relaxation). A perfect class to go deeper into your practice and come out feeling recharged and restored. This class will often feature live music and Mumbai Mix’s delicious chai and samosas will be served after class. All proceeds from this class will go to the Azahar foundation.
