- 11:45 - 13:00: Practical on Vinyasa Krama
- 13:00 - 14:30: Lunch Break
- 14:30 - 16:30: Yoga Philosophy 1
- 16:45 - 18:00: Standing Pose & Standing Balance Practical
- 18:00 - 20:00: Dinner Break*

Sunday, October 13
- 08:00 - 09:15: Meditation, Chanting & Scripture
- 09:30 - 11:30: Jivamukti Practice (Forward Bends & Hip Openers)
- 11:45 - 13:00: Yoga Philosophy 2
