The Daily Practice bundle of Yogeswari's Open Zoom Classes
As Yogeswari's weekly Zoom classes will be paused from March 6 to April 15, recordings from previous classes are available for purchases.
This daily practice bundle consists of 45 videos. It is perfect to stick to your daily practice and is a great way to de-stress and get an energising class in the comfort of your own home at a time that suits you!
In this bundle Yogeswari teaches Jivamukti Yoga with dharma talks on the Yoga Sūtra of Maharishi Patañjali, selections from the Sadhana and Vibhuti Padas; and selections from The Hatha Yoga Pradīpikā of Svātmārāma.
Classes are intermediate to advanced.
